Overview
Join us at Oracle’s upcoming half-day complimentary workshop on navigating different skills-maturity levels across your organisation with data & AI.
Remote and hybrid work models, commitments to diversity and inclusion, and elevated employee expectations have necessitated new approaches to hiring, cultivating the right skills for the future, and fostering internal growth.
However, trying to piece together disparate solutions, such as a separate learning experience platform, skills platform, and other systems, to deliver a personalised development experience creates challenges for the entire organisation. These include:
- Employees becoming frustrated: They lack the guidance to be more successful in their roles and adapt to rapidly evolving skills requirements.
- Business leaders struggling to be agile: Business leaders lack the visibility into what current skills their team has, what they can do to close skills gaps, and how to track progress.
- HR leaders having limited visibility: These disconnected pursuits lead to inefficient upskilling, the inability of HR to take advantage of skills information, and poor employee experiences.
If the above challenges resonate with you, you’re probably looking to revamp your talent management practices come 2025. Having real-time visibility into talent can help you understand the skills possessed by your employees, and give your people leaders a clear sense of where gaps lie.
Make sure you save the date by registering your interest via the form above, and our team will be in touch with you to confirm your seat!
