Competency Mapping For Job Roles Using The Singapore Skills Framework
A one-day live virtual training course
15 April 2021, 9.00am – 4.30pm
Course Introduction
Competency Mapping For Job Roles Using The Singapore Skills Framework
Every job role is created with a set of expected outcomes which would in turn contribute to the overall success of a company. Such outcomes can be achieved by a set of tasks completed at certain performance standards by the incumbent, who should possess the competencies that can be mapped to the job role.
In this programme, you will be given the opportunity to first understand what makes up a competency, and the relationship between a competency to the related tasks and performance standards in a job role. Then, using the Singapore Skills Framework, which is co-created by various stakeholders to support the development of the workforce for now and the future, you will then be able to comprehensively conduct competency mapping for all major job roles in your organisation.
