Join us for an exclusive one-day workshop designed to empower senior leaders with the tools and insights needed to foster a culture of authentic growth mindset to drive innovation and growth within their organisations.
Your facilitators for this session, leaders from Integrated Learning Systems (ILS), will be using the GMI Mindset Profiler, the world’s first mindset assessment tool endorsed by Professor Carol Dweck, and developed in partnership with researchers from top universities (Stanford, Indiana and Texas Universities).
Based upon neurological and psychological research on the human mindset, this profiler will give participants an accurate representation of an individual’s mindset beliefs, triggers and tendencies.

Pre-workshop Online Assessment:
Participants must complete their Mindset Profiler assessment before attending the workshop. The assessment requires approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
