Building Collaborative Relationships

Overview

When it comes to collaborating with others, we each have a style preference, albeit often at a subconscious level, which influences our approach to social interactions and communication. Our preferred style can help build relationships with others, but it can also be the potential root of communication challenges. An awareness of what our preference is can help us to better understand how we interact with others, and take a more strategic approach to ensure successful collaboration.
