Module 2: Assessing the Change Impacts of DX and AI

  • Conduct impact analyses to identify operational, cultural, and capability gaps.
  • Map changes to roles, processes, structures and operations from AI and DX
  • Translate change assessment insights into targeted strategies and interventions

Module 3: Developing a Roadmap for the Deployment of DX and AI adoption

  • Identify and sequence initiatives for the transformation journey.
  • Build a roadmap aligning technical deployment with human change impacts
  • Define clear success metrics, timelines, and ownership structures for execution

Module 4: Overcoming resistance to DX and AI

  • Forecasts areas of resistance across different stakeholder groups
  • Apply methods and tools to create buy-in for new actions, behaviours and culture
  • Develop health-checks to assess change readiness of stakeholders

Module 5: Building a Digital Ready organisation

  • Undertake digital maturity assessments for organisations
  • Develop strategies to build a digital-ready culture and mindset for organisations
  • Undertake future workforce planning to develop the workforce of the future

Nimalan Nades has many years of senior global leadership experience at Deloitte (the world's largest professional services firm), having set up and led global transformation teams (with experience of leading international teams spread North America, South America, Asia and Europe).

In addition to his professional corporate career, Nimalan is also an associate professor for both Change Management and Digital Transformation at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences in Germany, where he has designed and delivered courses for both Bachelor and Masters students.

Nimalan is also the author of `Transformative Change, which was published by a major publisher as paperback and e-book for international release in 2014 and has since been licensed to 2 dozen organisations and translated into multiple languages. He has also had articles published in traditional business magazines around the world.

Nimalan is also an established key-note-speaker who has undertaken engagements at conferences and boardrooms in Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
