Leading Organisational & Career Transformation in an AI World

4 September 2026, Virtual, 10am–12pm (GMT+8)

Overview

Artificial Intelligence is reshaping jobs, work and careers at a pace never seen before. Yet many organisations remain heavily focused on technology adoption, automation and efficiency gains, while being less prepared for the broader implications on workforce design, capability development, career pathways and workforce adaptability.

For leaders, the challenge is not simply how to adopt AI. It is how to understand the impact of AI on work, redesign jobs and teams, lead people through uncertainty, and build organisations and careers that are resilient, adaptive and future-ready.

This two-hour virtual masterclass – Leading Organisational and Career Transformation in an AI World – introduces leaders to practical ways of understanding and responding to AI-driven workforce change. It will help participants examine how AI may eliminate routine tasks, enhance and augment existing work, and create the need for new capabilities, roles and career pathways.

The masterclass is structured around three practical leadership challenges:

  • Redesigning Work — understanding how AI may reshape tasks, skills and roles.
  • Redesigning Teams — exploring how work and jobs can be organised differently to build agility and adaptability.
  • Redesigning Careers — equipping leaders with tools to support their own development and the development of their teams.

Participants will be introduced to practical frameworks, examples, prompts and templates that can be applied immediately after the session. The intent is not to provide a technical AI training course, but to equip leaders to think more clearly about the human, organisational and career implications of AI.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES

  •  Understand key technology, workforce and AI trends reshaping the future of jobs, work and careers.
  • Diagnose the potential impact of AI on tasks, skills and roles using the Triple-E framework: Eliminate, Enhance and Evolve.

  • Leave with practical frameworks and tools that can be applied personally and with their teams.
