He has over two decades of Global HR experience working in leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies like Unilever, GSK and eBay. His last job was the Head of Total Rewards – International Markets for eBay Inc and has been based out of Singapore for the past 16 years.

He has developed and delivered many Global and Regional HR and Reward transformation and Change Management initiatives for his companies. Many of these have been market and industry leading.
A renowned Total Rewards leader in Asia and a regular speaker at many global and regional conferences, he has extensive experience in Total Rewards, Talent management, Performance Management, and People Analytics. He launched The Talent Accelerator with the goal of assisting companies, regardless of their size, in establishing robust Total Rewards standards and structures that enhance company performance. The interventions offers invaluable expertise in Total Rewards to drive sustainability by optimizing employment costs while fostering employee engagement and boosting productivity through effective Total Rewards programs.
