Supporting Young Minds in Singapore: Mental Health Strategies for Parents, Educators, and Counsellors
4 Nov 2026, Virtual, 9am-12pm (GMT+8)
Overview
Young people in Singapore are facing growing mental health challenges, including anxiety, stress, burnout, social isolation, excessive screen use, problematic gaming, and increasing exposure to vaping and other risk behaviours. Academic expectations, social media, family pressures, and the demands of an increasingly digital world continue to shape the wellbeing of children, adolescents, and young adults.
This highly practical and interactive masterclass equips parents, educators, counsellors, HR professionals, and those working with young people with the knowledge and skills to better understand the challenges facing youth in Singapore today. Participants will learn how to recognise early warning signs, have supportive conversations, promote healthy digital habits, and create psychologically safe environments where young people can thrive.
Through practical frameworks, case studies, and real-world examples, participants will leave with evidence-informed strategies that can be immediately applied in schools, homes, workplaces, and community settings.
